Self-Defeating Thinking Habits. This is from a book by one of my favorite people. Dr. Wayne W. Dyer, who passed several years ago but he was great to follow his thinking. He had been an orphan and he became this wonderful person who effected millions around the world. I do not have a TV but he was always on PBS and did many presentations.

There is always a pattern in everything. If you have family and friends with bad patterns, make sure not to follow those patterns. Never making excuses for YOURSELF. Dr. Dyers says that when you eliminate the need to explain your shortcomings or failures, you will awaken to the life of your dreams. And then combining Dr. Joseph Murphy’s books about sub-consciousness it does you well through life. Remember, it is never about just one person’s theory and research. YOU need to know whatever is positive and Loving. Habits can become addictions and be life long. Cut those bad habits before they become bad habits for life. There are several outcomes if they become life long habits or addictions. Not only will your life be shortened but the pain and hurt you may cause family members and friends will also last a lifetime.

My children will always have memories of their Dad dying a terribly sad death. And my mother, brother, and sister all died in Hospice within 2 years. I have chosen to take a journey so they would not have those terrible memories of my dying. We never know but I have chosen a healthy living habit so I do not have to be in Hospice or become a diabetic. I keep my body alkaline and positive thinking.

Bad habits become bad addictions or not if we watch what we do daily. So, become a positive thinker and be grateful.
