Never settle – always have high expectations for YOU. Remember, you are only in control of YOU. Set those expectations high and work hard to meet them. Do you want to flip burgers all your life or do you want to own your own company? Do you want to work for a big corporation or do you want to work for a small mom and pop company? Your child has to have expectations for themselves. But, the only way they know about expectations is if you ask them. Questions are the best way to develop to a higher level. Always questions to YOU and to your child.
