Caring for YOUR Body as you grow.

Caring for YOUR Body as you grow.

It is the one important thing is to PROTECT yourself as you are developing. The mind, body, spirit connection. It is all combined but each has different characteristics. But, each has to be protected in today’s environment because of water, air, and soil. They have all been contaminated by different things in the last century. But, I would say that the brain is the most important to protect that is not talked about. Because there are so many things that can stop brain development in today’s society that we will talk about that. There are drugs, illegal and legal, alcohol and chemicals that are in food and water. That you are an informed person you will be careful and protect that brain. Encourage family members to grow some of their food or buy at farmer’s market some of their food.

Protect your body by not having sex too early because when you reach 25 you will be sorry if you have sex before you can make a responsible adult decision. Others may talk about sex but guard against listening to their experiences. And just know you are guarding your future against illness and diseases that can come along with any sex too early. Of course, It is a decision everyone individually and being unique makes but there are consequences for sex too early. Can you make a good decision concerning your body? Too much freedom growing up should be held for responsible young adults but sometimes young adults just go with their emotions as they grow. Do not be one of those that goes with emotions, think about the long term consequences for a baby, drugs, alcohol, disease. If you are mature enough you will but if you are not mature enough you will go with emotions.

Are you mature or immature?

Caring for YOUR Body as you grow.

Brain Development most important thing in Life.

It’s hard to find well-informed people for this subject, however, you sound like you know what you’re talking about!
    Thanks

Hmm it appears like your site ate my first comment (it was extremely
long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I had written and
say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog. I as well am an aspiring blog writer
but I’m still new to everything. Do you have any tips and hints
for first-time blog writers? I’d definitely appreciate it.
