Annie Shy:
Looking back on my Middle School years I wish I had done things a little different. Maybe, I could have listened better. And maybe I should have studied harder. Then I would not have this in mind that I could have, would have, or should have. My younger years went by fast. One day I was just starting kindergarten and the next day I am going to Middle School. But knowing that I am going from dependent on YOU and becoming independent has been a wonderful experience. I have learned how to become self-disciplined. And, I learned how to get myself organized and tried to take challenging courses along the way. I am trying to get myself ready for High School and so am preparing myself in Middle School.
Annie Shy: Would have, Could have, Should have.
My goal in Middle School was a balanced school life and personal life. I did read “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teen” by Sean Covey. And that book gave me some wonderful ideas on how to get through Middle School. But I also read, “Success Principles for Teens,” by the Soup Jack Canfield and Kent Healy. That helped give guidelines from their experience for teens. These were both good reading before I went to Middle School. I hope you and your child can get those books to read.

Be careful who you choose for friends. Lifelong friends are hard to come by but I already read the Blog about real friends. Remember in the Success book they talked about how to get from where you are to where you want to be. That is so important because you can write down your plan. Maybe, keep a journal about how you did that day. How I wanted to go through Middle School was to make it about developing and being about to have a choice. And making those choices matter to my life.
What Skills Do I Want My Child to Have When He/She Enters Middle School?

I have not checked in here for a while because I thought it was getting boring, but the last several posts are great quality so I guess I’ll add you back to my everyday bloglist. You deserve it my friend 🙂
Thank you for your kind words

Thank you so much for the kind words and please join Annual Membership and share with family and friends.
I think what you published made a bunch of sense.
However, what about this? what if you composed a catchier post title?
I am not suggesting your content is not good., however
what if you added a headline that grabbed folk’s attention? I mean Annie Shy: Would have, Could have, Should
have. – Child Success Course is a little vanilla. You might peek at Yahoo’s front page and
watch how they create article titles to grab people to open the links.
You might add a video or a related picture or two to get readers interested about everything’ve written. In my opinion, it would bring your posts a little bit more interesting.
