Affirmations – I Am.

Affirmations are very important as we develop. It empowers and gives confidence. And especially using it on a daily basis. It is like meditating or praying. It is a good thing and being positive and saying the words out loud helps also. The words I am are the most powerful words in the English language. They activate your mind as though you are giving it a direct command and calling yourself to action. Very inspiring and strengthens your resolve to accomplish the goal.

Affirmations – I Am.

Always describe what you want as though it is already accomplished and you are enjoying it now. In the present is the best. Always state in the positive affirmation, using words like I am. I am enjoying or I am confident, or I am feeling great. It is a wonderful attribute to always be positive in our daily journey. And that especially means to think positive about family and friends also. But sometimes it is hard to not think negative, and so put into your mind always being positive about everyone around you.

Write YOUR affirmation down, and put them on your mirror or refrigerator. Your child will believe in their affirmations and it works. There is a lot of research on affirmation and that they work. But I am telling you it helps to start when YOUR child goes to school to start writing the affirmation and believing them. YOU can be average in math but by saying an affirmation that you will be very good in math and next year take algebra it will help. Dr. Bruce Lipton talks extensively on “Belief” which is what affirmations are. It is your belief system. Whether you are a Christian, Jew, or Muslum – it is their belief system. Maybe, just a person with a belief system is just the same also.
