Should have, Could have, Would have. This is a statement that none of us want to say. Because, when we say it, it means we have regrets that we did not do something. Something that we could have possibly done. There are not always things we can do every moment. Sometimes things happen that make it impossible for us to get things done beforehand. Do not whip yourself up. Life happens. Just always be aware of anything coming up that your child will need and make it happen. Children are very forgiving for us parents that cannot provide everything all the time. I lived on a very tight budget and only had $100 to spend on my daughter’s school clothes for a year. She will always remember that and always talks about it. And girls are very conscious of wearing clothes.
Should have, Could have, Would have.
Being Proactive and Staying ahead of the curve
The one thing I wanted for my children over the years, was the courage to stay on their journey. To make good decisions and to not worry about what everyone else wore, did, or had. There are always going to be people with more money or less money than us. That is what living in a free country is all about. But, we have to always appreciate that we can work and think and grow. America and the world is a competitive place. And we have to strive to be our best, not strive to be better than you, but our best. When we do that that it all falls into place. And you are working your purpose and it gives meaning to your life. Especially, when you know you have done your best. Accomplished what you set out to accomplish. I listen to a researcher and he is amazing. He graduated from West Point, went back and taught The Odyssey at West Point. And he has written like 8 huge research books on the Constellations and the Myths that I love. He has drawings that are beautiful on his website and plays the piano beautifully. Yet, I am sure from what is there he has had issues over the years. I believe he just kept moving forward and learning and developing to his Highest Self.
Keep moving forward to block out those would have, could have, and should have.
